Rockingham Forge Equilibrium Carving Fork - 16cm

This 16cm Carving fork forms part of the Equilibrium range by Rockingham Forge. Each item in this collection features a high-quality chromium-molybdenum-vanadian steel which has been ice hardened for long lasting sharpness and rust resistance. The fork edge is hand-finished with taper-grinding for a sharper cutting action and also a curved design handle for a more comfortable and easy grip. Perfect for holding onto cooked meats whilst slicing with a knife.
