Joseph Joseph presents their Multi-Grip Mandoline Plus, this mandoline is perfect for making even slices of vegetables and fruit, there are three styles of grip for different sizes of produce including a flat grip to create longer slices for courgettes for example. The mandoline can create three different thicknesses and two for julienne. A great gadget for all cooks kitchens.
