Robert Welch Signature Black Handheld Knife Sharpener

The Robert Welch Signature Black Handled Knife Sharpener is suitable for use with all straight-edged knives; honing the blades back into shape quickly and easily thanks to the optimum angling of the ceramic wheel. The solid plastic handle has a weighted non-slip base for your comfort and safety. To use the knife sharpener, simply hold the sharpener firmly on a flat surface and apply 10-12 strokes of the knife blade from heel to tip; applying gentle pressure whilst maintaining the blade edge in continuous contact with the wheel. Performed on a regular basis, the sharpener will keep your blade edge in optimal condition.
