Add beautiful coloured lustres to your food and drinks with our range of Sugarflair Edible Lustre Dusts. 100% edible and nut free, gluten free, GM free and fat free; the dusts can be brushed onto food such as sugarpaste and gumpaste icing or mixed with a small amount of clear alcohol such as vodka or gin to create a smooth edible paint.
Why not add a small amount to your glass of Champagne or prosecco to give it a beautiful bit of sparkle? Simply one-third fill your glass before stirring in a 1/4tsp of the edible lustre and then top with more bubbly.
