At Potters Cookshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchenware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring fragile cookware and glass items are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
